If the item has not been used and gets a return confirmation, we will send you a dispatch note which enables you to go to your nearest DHL store. To clean your vegan leather bag just use warm water, a soft cloth and mild soap. Dilute the soap with water and dampen the cloth in this mixture before gently applying it to your bag.Take care thath the cloth is damp but not soaking wet -keep in mind that anything chemical you apply to your purse can darken it or otherwise change how it looks.- even with vegan leather, we recommend spot-testing everything first. Also the cuban link designed plastic bag handles are removable, which makes it easier to clean them.
